Lenders

Chacho's consists of a highly successful group of companies that are financially strong, successful, and credit worthy with substantial paid-in-capital and cash flow.  The earliest of these companies began almost 15 years ago.  The companies have excellent relationships with a number of lenders and financial institutions. 

We are following a detailed business plan designed to maximize success and minimize risk.  In general, we plan to open large, well designed, built-from-scratch restaurants on large, prominent real estate sites.  Being privately held with a strong preference for owning our own real estate, we will continue to have a need for additional lenders who are willing to learn our business and help finance our growth.  The cost of land and building for new locations will generally be between 2.5 and 5 million dollars and FFE costs should be between $400,000 and $1,000,000 per location.
