Investing at Chacho's
There are currently no investment opportunities in Chacho's available.  We are in a period of opening several new prototype restaurants that will form a basis for future growth, and we are financing these locations with our own capital.  However, in the not too distant future, we envision several ways in which investors with substantial funds might invest in Chacho's.  The restaurant business is inherently risky and any investment opportunity would only be offered in full compliance with all applicable laws, with any securities offered only through a prospectus.
 
 
Invest in Real Estate Leased to Chacho's
Although our long term preference is to own our real estate, we anticipate selling some of our real estate locations and leasing them back. This should be attractive for investors seeking a passive investment, including foreigners, or investors with 1031 exchange funds to invest.  This is likely to be the first opportunity available for investors.
 
 
Invest in Ownership of a Group of Restaurants
We anticipate selling limited partnership interests in groups of restaurants.  These would most likely be newly built restaurants but we might include existing, restaurants with historical stable cash flow in the partnership.  The limited partnership would own and operate the restaurants and would own the real estate, so there would be significant hard assets.  We would manage the limited partnership and retain an equity stake. The investor would probably receive a preferred rate of return.  The minimum investment per investor would probably be $250,000, although we might accept amounts as low as $100,000.  Success is not guaranteed.  Any such investment would only be made through a prospectus.
