Does Chacho's franchise?

Chacho's does not franchise and has no plans to do so in the near future.

Why doesn't Chacho's franchise?

Although we receive many inquiries, we do not franchise for three principal reasons.   First, Chacho's, with its exceptionally large menu, scratch food preparation, low prices, 24 hour operation, and drive thru service, is one of the most complex business models in the restaurant industry.  This operational complexity would be too difficult to ensure success for almost all franchisees.  Second,  although we are profitable and our return on investment can be excellent, our profits are not currently sufficient to support franchise royalties.  Third, we are only willing to open large, built-from-scratch buildings on prominent real estate sites with a large amount of parking, and this strategy requires millions of dollars in investment for even one restaurant.  Few franchisees have or are willing to invest this amount of capital.

Do you think Chacho's will ever franchise?

Never is a long time but it will be several  years at a minimum..

Is there an investing alternative to franchising?
