CORPORATE EMPLOYMENT

We are a young, highly successful company with ambitious goals.  We are assembling a team that can lead the company to greatness.  The basics of our restaurant concept are in place. We are now steadily filling in the details, and with a restaurant so complex, there are many details to get right.
We compete with jillions of restaurants, all trying to succeed. Winning in so competitive of a marketplace is not easy. Our restaurant concept must be decidedly superior, and we must execute every day. No easy task.
The only solution is outstanding people. We are always looking for more great corporate people to add to our team
There are certain traits that are really important to us, some of which are described below.
First, we are looking for really smart people. You know who you are. Starting in elementary school, there are almost always a couple of smart kids in each class.  You should have been one of those kids, at least if you applied yourself. Maybe you did not get the best grades because you simply did not study or your attendance was less than perfect, but if you would have attended regularly and did your homework, you should have been one of the top kids in class.
Second, quality and doing things right must be intrinsically important to you. You should be somewhat pefectionistic. You should not be willing to settle.
Third, you should hate to lose. You should only want to be on winning teams. You should generally be able to figure out what it takes to win.
Fourth, you should have a moral sense of right and wrong and hate dishonesty. Like everyone, you may have bent the rules a bit when you were younger but you never did so with important matters, and you will never do so again. 
Finally,  if you have what it takes, we do not care much about your job background or education or other things that are not indicative of the real you.  If you have the right qualities, your resume is not that important.  We are looking to the future, not the past.
